Situated in the small rural hamlet of Adsdean, our beautifully renovated holiday cottages are just five miles drive from the historic city of Chichester. The city is home to many exciting and memorable places to visit, including; the Chichester Cathedral, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Pallant House Gallery, Chichester Festival Theatre and Goodwood Motor Circuit, Aerodrome and Race Course, for the Festival of Speed, Revival and of course Glorious Goodwood Qatar Festival.
Chichester is a vibrant, friendly city with plenty of bars, café’s, restaurants, high street shops and boutique shops. Contained within the well-preserved Roman city walls, it combines heritage with modern facilities including cinema and leisure centre.

From your cottage front door, there are superb walks through the estate with fantastic views across towards the Solent, Isle of Wight and South Downs. Most of the local pubs are within walking distance and offer delicious lunchtime and evening meals. Keen cyclists will appreciate the quiet country lanes, bridleways and varied terrain.

The South Coast is within easy reach for a day at the beach, and the Blue Flag sandy beach of West Wittering offer the perfect place for making sand castles and rock pooling. For those interested looking for nature, RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and Chichester Harbour, both being areas of outstanding natural beauty, offer an abundance of wildlife, wetland birds and coastline walks. The quayside sailing villages of Itchenor, Bosham, Dell Quay and Emsworth are also within easy reach.

Further afield lies the historic city of Portsmouth with its rich naval heritage and outlet shopping centre Gunwharf Keys and offers access to the Isle of Wight via ferry link or Hovercraft.
